Description

You will serve as a servant leader for one to two Scrum teams in Richmond County, NC.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile team ceremonies to maintain flow and engagement.
• Optimize the delivery of user stories and value streams.
• Lead Scrum teams through established agile processes.
• Manage project workflows to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Proficiency with JIRA for workflow management.
• Experience using Confluence or similar documentation tools.
• Proven track record leading Scrum teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
