Description

You will facilitate Agile processes and manage delivery for multiple teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coach multiple teams on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Manage backlog prioritization and refinement efforts.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and application teams to align on goals.
• Generate burnup and burndown charts to track progress.
• Produce status reports for upper management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile Scrum environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with MSFT ADO and TFS.
• Experience managing and refining product backlogs.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
• Proficiency with MSFT Office.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Azure DevOps.
