Description

You will lead Agile practices for a cross-functional team migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA while implementing Composable ERP.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and enforce adherence to Agile principles.
• Track development progress and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead work planning, decision-making, and conflict mediation.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to improve team effectiveness.
• Support integration points between the Appian engagement layer and MuleSoft.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC systems.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft integration patterns.
• Application of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum processes in a remote capacity.
• Experience guiding teams through core transactional system migrations.
