Description

You guide agile teams by blending deep Scrum expertise with coaching and continuous improvement practices to accelerate value delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Advise teams on performance against agile values, practices, metrics, and processes.
• Partner with the Product Owner to maintain the backlog and ensure effective agile events.
• Remove impediments and engage with leadership to embed agile principles into daily work.
• Coordinate efforts and releases across multiple interdependent system teams.
• Maintain and update squad performance metrics, such as burn-down charts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with or in agile teams.
• Solid understanding of agile practices and tools, including Jira and Kanban.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners to execute sprints against the product roadmap.
• Ability to accelerate team performance and efficiency through coaching and training.
• Expertise in ensuring agile events are planned and effective (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Experience handling multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
