Description

Guide agile teams to maximize value delivery through disciplined application of Scrum principles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advise teams on agile values, practices, metrics, and processes to accelerate value delivery.
• Partner with the Product Owner to maintain the backlog and ensure effective agile events.
• Remove impediments and support teams by embedding agile principles across day-to-day work.
• Coordinate efforts and releases across multiple interdependent systems teams.
• Maintain and update squad performance metrics, such as burn-down charts, for transparency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working within agile teams.
• Substantial understanding of agile practices, tools (Jira, Kanban, Lean), and value delivery.
• Experience working closely with a Product Owner to execute the product roadmap via sprints.
• Coaching and mentoring complex teams on agile maturity and metrics.
• Ensuring effective agile events, including sprint planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple, competing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies.
