Description

You will own end-to-end service delivery and project execution for technical initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery across agile teams, aligning execution with business goals and customer expectations.
• Oversee daily operations, managing incidents, problems, and changes while monitoring service performance.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, coaching squads on best practices, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Define and track squad capacity, enforcing WIP limits and ensuring quarterly deliverables are met.
• Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects using agile and traditional methodologies, managing scope, risk, and budget.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery and project management.
• 3+ years of experience in an agile environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and MS Project.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS Project for traditional project management.
