Description

You will manage project streams involving technical, policy, and process requirements across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, goals, deliverables, and vendor timelines with direct accountability.
• Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and milestones using iterative frameworks.
• Monitor progress against plans, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate multi-functional teams, task dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Track KPIs and manage changes to project requirements and scope.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent relevant project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• PMP certification.
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency with project management tools including Jira and Asana.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple project teams.
• Ability to measure staff effort related to user stories, testing, and development.
• Understanding of document management and version control.
