Description

You will provide technical guidance and coaching to software development teams to improve engineering practices and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide application development using Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, or .NET.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Coach individuals and teams in pair programming, TDD, BDD, and refactoring.
• Remove technical roadblocks by working directly with managers and developers.
• Implement continuous integration environments and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years in Agile Technical Coaching.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, or .NET.
• Mandatory experience with Cloud environments (GCP and AWS).
• Deep understanding of clean code principles, secure coding guidelines, and code smell identification.
• Strong knowledge of Agile-Scrum concepts.
• Experience working in client-facing roles and with distributed teams.
• Ability to mentor developers in TDD, BDD, and refactoring.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience generating metrics based on software development best practices.
