Description

You will manage the delivery of engineering development projects within the IT Project Management group.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage development project and sprint planning cycles.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define and implement improvement stories to increase program velocity and quality.
• Manage project conflicts and dynamic business requirements to maintain operations.
• Maintain project data in management software (e.g., JIRA) to support execution and estimates.

Required Skills

• Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong understanding of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
• Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict team needs.
• Experience assessing and sizing stories/epics with Architecture teams.
• Ability to represent both business needs and technical requirements.
• Experience with agile metrics (e.g., burn down, velocity, user stories) to drive planning.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant working experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Lake or Enterprise Data Warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with Infra, Security, or Cybersecurity.
