What's the Job?

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Transformation Coaching.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Transformation Coaching challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
• Lead hands-on coaching sessions with L2 Product Owners and L2 Tech Leads, including support for Jira tools configuration and setup.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of Agile experience (Coaching, Scrum, or Product Owner), demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience in supporting transformation initiatives and large-scale planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex challenges.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to support teams transitioning from Kanban to Scrum and implement Scrum best practices
