Description

Lead large-scale Agile transformation initiatives by coaching teams and optimizing workflows. You will resolve complex process challenges and ensure successful adoption of Scrum and Kanban practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives requiring large-scale planning and in-depth evaluation of multi-faceted challenges.
• Lead hands-on coaching sessions with L2 Product Owners and L2 Tech Leads.
• Support teams transitioning from Kanban to Scrum and implement Scrum best practices.
• Configure and set up Jira tools to support team workflows.
• Collaborate with client personnel to ensure transformation deliverables meet compliance and policy requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Agile experience in coaching, Scrum, or Product Owner roles.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating complex challenges.
• Expertise in transitioning teams from Kanban to Scrum.
• Proficiency with Jira tools configuration and setup.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Military experience or formal education in Agile methodologies.
• Experience in consulting or training environments.
