Drive large-scale agile transitions in highly regulated environments, impacting 150+ people.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile transformation efforts, shifting organizations from Waterfall Project Management Lifecycles to Agile Product Delivery.
• Guide agile portfolios, product lines, and budgeting processes.
• Communicate strategic objectives to large organizations through effective presentation and facilitation.
• Facilitate the delivery of DevOps components by applying infrastructure knowledge.

Required Skills

• SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification.
• 6+ years of experience coaching agile teams.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience guiding agile portfolios and product lines.
• Expertise in Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and DevSecOps.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, AgilityHealth, and SAFe Enterprise.
• Experience managing transformations in highly regulated environments.
• Ability to operate effectively in a virtual environment.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to travel quarterly for PI Planning events along the Northeast corridor.
