Description

You will lead large-scale Agile transformation initiatives using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and certify SAFe 6 courses while developing Lean-Agile training materials for onboarding.
• Coach leadership, teams, and individuals on SAFe roles, including LPM and ART events.
• Drive Lean-Agile adoption, advise on operating models, and manage transformation governance.
• Conduct AgilityHealth maturity assessments and track adoption through custom metrics.
• Facilitate Communities of Practice, identify Agile champions, and resolve transformation bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• Active SAFe 6 Program Consultant (SPC) Certification.
• 6+ years of experience coaching Agile teams.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading Agile portfolios and transitioning complex environments from Waterfall to Agile.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Agility Health, and SAFe Enterprise.
• Expertise in Agile Methodology and Lean-Agile principles.
• Ability to travel quarterly for PI Planning events along the Northeast corridor.
