Description

You will lead Agile transformation efforts within complex engineering environments, guiding teams from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile teams and portfolios on SAFe 6 principles and practices.
• Facilitate PI Planning events and manage quarterly travel along the Northeast corridor.
• Drive the transition from Waterfall to Agile frameworks in large-scale settings.
• Leverage Agile tooling including Jira, Confluence, AgilityHealth, and SAFe Enterprise.
• Apply strong communication and facilitation skills to align stakeholders.

Required Skills

• SAFe 6 Program Consultant (SPC) Certification and completion of required enablements.
• 8+ years of total experience, with at least 6 years specifically coaching Agile teams.
• Minimum 5 years of background in engineering, IT, or related technical fields.
• Proven experience leading Agile portfolios.
• Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and AgilityHealth.
• Experience managing complex transitions from Waterfall to Agile.

Preferred Skills

• Strong facilitation skills for large group events.
