Description

You will drive the adoption of Lean-Agile ways of working using SAFe as the organizational cornerstone.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and certify SAFe 6 courses across various roles including SA, SP, RTE, and SSM.
• Coach leadership, teams, and individuals on Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Agile Release Train (ART) events.
• Institute OKR frameworks and AgilityHealth maturity assessments to measure transformation progress.
• Advise on operating models, transformation governance, and the launch of Communities of Practice.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks impacting productivity while promoting Lean thinking principles.

Required Skills

• SAFe 6 Program Consultant (SPC) Certification and Enablements.
• 6+ years of experience coaching Agile teams.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading Agile portfolios and transitioning complex environments from Waterfall to Agile.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, AgilityHealth, and SAFe Enterprise.
• Ability to travel quarterly for PI Planning events along the Northeast corridor.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
