Description

You will lead and support experience design for the Proforma finance platform, focusing on workflow optimization over pure UI aesthetics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design initiatives for the Proforma platform, optimizing user interaction and workflow.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Create personas, journey maps, and process flows to drive design decisions.
• Manage UX tasks and timelines within Jira, maintaining cross-team accountability.
• Translate complex financial processes into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with UX Design.
• Strong experience in Project Management methodologies.
• Proficiency using Jira for task and timeline management.
• Expertise in design and collaboration tools, including Figma.
• Experience with UX research, interaction design, and process mapping.
• Proven ability to operate in agile, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience using Miro and Visio.
