Description

Lead complex Integrated Risk Management (IRM) initiatives by blending strategic program ownership with hands-on Agile delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IRM program delivery, including execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Facilitate SAFe principles across the portfolio, including Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI planning, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Embed proactive risk identification and mitigation into the Agile delivery lifecycle.
• Manage dependencies and resolve impediments across multiple Scrum teams and programs.
• Align IRM initiatives with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk appetite.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Expertise in Agile and SAFe methodologies at the program or enterprise level.
• Deep knowledge of Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Experience managing compliance with GDPR, SOX, and HIPAA.
• Proven ability to facilitate PI Planning and Lean-Agile practices.
• Strong proficiency in Agile delivery tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or a related field.
• Background in delivering large-scale IT and business application programs.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist (SA) certifications.
• CISSP, CISM, or CRMP certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM.
