Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and guide the team in delivering working software while managing scope, schedule, and quality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Track progress, monitor scope, schedule, and resourcing, and develop corrective actions for identified problems.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to allow the team to focus on engineering tasks and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and technical team to balance interests, manage technical debt, and define quality expectations.
• Limit external interference and ensure the team adheres to defined processes and commitments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management and/or serving as a Scrum Master.
• Practical understanding of how to scope, estimate, and manage work across multiple significant projects.
• Ability to extract and document requirements, including authoring user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, project management, and consulting work dynamics.
• Exceptional people skills with the ability to serve as an arbitrator in diverse groups.
• Experience with quality management tools and techniques.
• CSM certification is required.

Preferred Skills

• Background as a Business Analyst and/or Tester.
