Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Program Lead to formulate and document compelling fact-based strategic recommendations that successfully engage stakeholders.
- Participate in problem identification sessions to capture and document problems, major issues and actionable opportunities.
- Develop strong executive, peer and stakeholder relationships while maintaining effective communication channels across functions.
- Promote thought leadership for new ideas and new ways of executing product and operational initiatives through effective practices.
- Build, scale, and maintain programs that drive strategic priorities from ideation to implementation through strong program management principles.
- Manage timelines and provide visibility to program status including issues, risks, and metrics through proactive status reporting.
- Drive identification and management of program dependencies and delivery risks across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Run agile ceremonies including refinement, grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives for teams.
- Coach teams and individuals on agile methodologies to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Identify potential roadblocks and obstacles while escalating issues as needed to ensure program delivery success.
Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in relevant domain with focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management. Strong program and process management skills with familiarity in Agile and Waterfall project delivery
