Long Term Contract Position

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of IT experience with hands-on AI Agent development.
• Experience building AI agents using LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, AI workflows, and automation.
• Experience integrating AI agents with Jira, Confluence, and documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and AI content optimization.
• Good knowledge of XML/DITA and the Technical Documentation lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, JSON, and workflow automation tools.
• Ability to improve AI-generated content quality by reducing hallucinations and ensuring consistency.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, Technical Writing, Platform teams).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI agents for release notes, feature documentation, content review, and documentation automation.
• Integrate AI workflows with Jira and other documentation tools.
• Automate documentation processes from content creation through publishing.
• Optimize documentation quality, reuse, and consistency using AI.
