Design and build AI agents to automate documentation workflows, content optimization, and release processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and architect AI agents for release and feature documentation, content optimization, and review workflows.
• Develop agent prompts, step logic, and workflow patterns to enhance drafting, analysis, and documentation generation quality.
• Integrate AI agents with Jira and related tools to support automation of documentation processes.
• Automate content consolidation, feedback handling, and publishing workflows from Jira to CCMS.
• Drive AI-driven improvements in content quality, focusing on reducing ambiguity and supporting single sourcing at scale.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical documentation automation.
• Proficiency in building and deploying AI agents and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience with workflow orchestration and integration with Jira.
• Hands-on knowledge of XML and Product Documentation standards.
• Ability to design scalable solutions for content consolidation and optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CCMS (Content Management Systems) for publishing workflows.
• Background in technical writing or content operations.
