Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build AI agents using Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
• Develop agent capabilities including reasoning, memory, and tool usage for real-world tasks.
• Implement RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector search using vector databases.
• Create integrations with enterprise systems through APIs and data sources such as databases and SharePoint.
• Define evaluation metrics and improve agent performance for pilot deployments across domains.

Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience building AI/LLM-based applications and deploying AI agents.
• Agentic AI development experience with LLM-based applications in production or pilot environments.
• Strong coding in Python or Node.js for building and deploying AI services.
• Machine learning and AI fundamentals, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases; experience integrating agents with APIs.

Good to Have:

• Artificial intelligence (AI) experience beyond core LLM/agent work.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
