Description

You will build and deploy AI agents using frameworks like Semantic Kernel or AutoGen, focusing on reasoning, memory, and tool usage for real-world tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents using Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Develop agent capabilities including reasoning, memory, and tool usage.
• Implement RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector search using vector databases.
• Create integrations with enterprise systems through APIs and data sources like SharePoint.
• Define evaluation metrics and improve agent performance for pilot deployments.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience building AI/LLM-based applications.
• Experience deploying AI agents in production or pilot environments.
• Strong coding skills in Python or Node.js.
• Machine learning and AI fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Ability to integrate agents with APIs and external data sources.

Preferred Skills

• Artificial intelligence experience beyond core LLM/agent work.
