Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows for enterprise use cases.
• Build LLM integrations using Python with tool/API calling and agent orchestration.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and search indexes.
• Process unstructured data to deliver accurate and context-aware AI responses.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and microservices for agent interactions with external systems.
• Test, debug, and improve agent performance through prompt tuning and reliability enhancements.
• Build prototypes and production-ready AI solutions for client engagements.
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Experience Required:

• 6-12 years of experience in software development and AI/LLM-based applications.
• Strong experience with Python development and unit testing.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, NLP, or chatbot solutions.
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and output optimization.
• Experience implementing RAG solutions with vector databases or search platforms.
• Knowledge of REST API integration and data handling.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD deployment practices is preferred.
