What's the Job?

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate product management activities across the organization.
• Develop agentic solutions supporting product discovery, requirements gathering, and roadmap planning.
• Create multi-step AI workflows integrating enterprise data, business logic, and generative AI capabilities.
• Prototype and validate AI solutions to demonstrate business value before scaling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents with enterprise tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and others.

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, workflows, automation solutions, or intelligent agents.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional AI solutions and prototypes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
