You build and deploy autonomous AI agents that plan, act, and improve within enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents using agentic loop patterns (plan → act → observe → improve).
• Develop execution harnesses to integrate agents with APIs, tools, and enterprise systems.
• Design context pipelines including RAG, memory management, and prompt strategies.
• Implement AI solutions across SDLC workflows such as code generation, testing, and PR review.
• Ensure monitoring, logging, and performance optimization across deployed systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong Python or TypeScript development experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Claude.
• Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic frameworks.
• Experience with Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of RAG and vector databases.
• Backend API development using FastAPI or equivalent.
• Cloud deployment experience, preferably AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SDLC automation and AI-assisted code generation or review.
• Familiarity with observability tools for LLM systems.
