Description

Design and maintain scalable automation, RPA, and AI solutions. Own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligent document processing (IDP) systems and GenAI models using cognitive architecture and multimodal learning.
• Build custom connectors, APIs, and integrations using Python, React, JavaScript, and C#.
• Implement and manage MLOps and LLMOps pipelines for automated model training, testing, and monitoring.
• Create ETL pipelines and data structures for Azure Data Lake and Data Factory.
• Optimize bot and AI model performance, handling exceptions and ensuring high availability.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in software development, intelligent automation, and AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript, React, C#, and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, and function apps.
• Working knowledge of agentic AI, classical ML, RAG, deep learning, and LLMs.
• Experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and other ML libraries.
• Ability to design reusable components and ensure data governance standards.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related quantitative fields.
• Familiarity with Azure services, Power Automate, and Airflow.
