Description

You will build scalable data solutions by translating business requirements into technical specifications within the health plan and risk adjustment domain.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into efficient, scalable technical specifications and solutions.
• Write complex SQL queries and Python programs to transform data.
• Develop data reconciliation processes and implement ETL workflows.
• Assess and prioritize feature requests while providing technical best practices for product design.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to deliver high-quality work products and contribute to data and analytics implementation projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data-centric roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Advanced SQL skills for writing complex queries and data transformations.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience with ETL tools.
• Proven experience in external client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for producing high-quality reports and technical papers.
• B.Tech, M.Tech, or Masters in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Robotics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Java.
• Exposure to cloud technologies.
• Exposure to big data technologies.
