Description

Lead the design, delivery, and production deployment of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using LLMs and Foundation Models.
• Develop AI workflows leveraging RAG, vector databases, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable by implementing observability and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, platform, and security teams to integrate AI products globally.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote AI best practices from proof of concept to production.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and Foundation Models.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems and AI application development.
• Hands-on knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and API development.
• Expertise in secure coding, testing, monitoring, and observability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
