Description

Build and integrate large language model applications into full-stack products and services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and fine-tune LLMs to improve performance, accuracy, and alignment.
• Implement LLMs into full-stack applications and create detailed designs for system components.
• Design, develop, and optimize prompts for Generative AI models.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for AI applications.
• Monitor application performance and resolve technical incidents across front-end, back-end, and LLM integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Proficiency in open-source frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with front-end development and full-stack integration.
• Ability to apply domain-specific data and techniques for domain adaptation.
• Experience with fine-tuning models for improved accuracy.
• Knowledge of integrating analytics and monitoring tools to track LLM efficiency.
• Understanding of ethical AI usage, data privacy, and legal standards.
