Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review AI application and agent implementations for production readiness, identifying engineering, security, and operational gaps and driving remediation.
• Harden AI applications with secure authentication, authorization, secrets management, input validation, and safe AI model integration practices.
• Refactor prototype solutions into maintainable, scalable, and enterprise-ready applications with robust engineering standards and code quality controls.
• Define and enforce repository governance, branching strategies, pull-request processes, and code review practices; create reusable templates and implementation checklists.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and secure Azure deployment patterns, including monitoring, logging, alerting, resilience, and operational support.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience building and deploying enterprise web applications, APIs, and AI-enabled services.
• JavaScript and Node.js for building and maintaining production services and integrations.
• Artificial intelligence and Generative AI experience, including agentic workflows and agentic AI application patterns.
• Python for backend services, AI integration, and production-grade application development.
• ReactJS for modern web application interfaces and end-to-end integration with backend APIs.

Good to Have:

• Azure DevOps and GitHub for CI/CD and repository workflows.
• Large Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for AI application development and evaluation.

Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
