Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered applications that operationalize AI models, prompts, and confidence logic into conversational and workflow-based experiences.
• Implement application-level orchestration, including conversational flows, escalation logic, confidence thresholds, and handoffs to human support when AI certainty is low.
• Build and maintain backend and frontend components for AI applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and user experience across supported channels.
• Integrate AI applications with approved enterprise systems and data sources while enforcing access controls and data governance requirements.
• Enable logging, telemetry, monitoring, and feedback loops to support observability, continuous improvement, and business performance measurement.

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in software application development in an enterprise environment.
• Artificial intelligence application development and productionization of AI model outputs.
• Azure-based development and deployment of cloud applications (preferred).
• SQL and relational data concepts for querying, data integration, and interaction with enterprise data platforms.
• Web-based application development including APIs/services for user-facing or system-to-system solutions.

Good to Have:

• Python and modern application development tooling (e.g., Visual Studio Code) for building and maintaining production applications.
• Experience with Git-based source control workflows (e.g., GitHub), including versioning and code reviews.
• Observability practices including logging, telemetry, and monitoring for AI solutions.
• Integration experience with enterprise systems (CRM/ERP/service platforms) and familiarity with data governance and access control patterns.

Education: B.Tech (any branch) or related bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, analytics, statistics, or a related field
