Description

You will design and develop AI-powered applications, operationalizing models and prompts into conversational and workflow-based experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Implement application-level orchestration, including conversational flows, escalation logic, and confidence thresholds.
  • Build and maintain backend and frontend components for AI applications to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems and data sources while enforcing access controls.
  • Enable logging, telemetry, and monitoring to support observability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in software application development in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience in artificial intelligence application development and productionization of AI model outputs.
  • Proficiency in Python for modern application development and tooling.
  • Experience with Azure-based development and deployment of cloud applications.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational data concepts for querying and data integration.
  • Web-based application development experience, including APIs and services.
  • Proficiency with Git-based source control workflows, including versioning and code reviews.

Preferred Skills

  • Integration experience with enterprise systems (CRM/ERP) and familiarity with data governance patterns.
