Description

You will design and govern enterprise-scale conversational AI solutions and generative AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Design full-stack conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI, Vertex AI, and custom LLM pipelines.
• Oversee state machine design, omnichannel integration, and multilingual bot scaling via Dialogflow CX.
• Architect data ingestion and transformation flows using BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
• Implement scalable training and inference workflows using Vertex Pipelines, TensorFlow Extended, or Kubeflow.
• Define testing standards for LLM responses, STT accuracy, webhook logic, and CI automation.
• Establish AI governance protocols including data privacy standards, PII handling, and ethical use guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI architecture or related engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Node.js.
• Extensive experience with GCP services including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dialogflow CX, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, and Vector Search.
• Knowledge of Generative AI frameworks including Vertex AI, PaLM, and GPT-4.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Cloud Build or GitHub Actions.
• Testing expertise using Postman, Selenium, PyTest, and JMeter.
• Ability to build and manage data pipelines for real-time inference.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Data Studio, or Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with telephony integration including SIP, PSTN, and IVR workflows.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and model monitoring.
