Description

Lead the design and implementation of autonomous agentic ecosystems on Google Cloud Platform. You will architect the transition from static automation to multi-agent orchestration, establishing standards for reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year roadmap for autonomous agent maturity, progressing from RAG to self-correcting multi-agent loops.
• Architect the agentic stack, integrating frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGPT for tool-use and memory management.
• Establish technical governance for agentic reliability, including human-in-the-loop safety checkpoints and scalable infrastructure.
• Mentor engineering teams on probabilistic agent logic and agentic design patterns.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technology stack.
• Proven track record designing and building Agentic Solutions.
• Strong expertise with RAG architectures and retrieval-augmented generation techniques.
• Practical experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGPT.
• Ability to define architectural standards for multi-agent orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the telecom domain.
