You will architect conversational AI solutions for large-scale systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures and design patterns for conversational agents and multi-turn dialogue systems.
• Design Conversation with Data experiences enabling natural language querying and actioning on datasets.
• Architect scalable, secure, and low-latency services for LLM orchestration, RAG, and tool calling.
• Own architecture decisions covering model selection, routing, caching, and fallback strategies for AI services.
• Partner with product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps for conversational AI features.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or AI/ML engineering.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying production AI/ML systems, preferably with LLMs or dialogue systems.
• Strong experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices and APIs in distributed systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead architecture discussions and influence cross-team decisions.
• Experience with AI/ML and Software Engineering principles.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years of tenure in similar architectural roles.
