You will lead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models for complex enterprise workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI solutions using LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, LLaMA, GPT-4, and Gemini.
• Integrate agentic capabilities to enable autonomous, goal-driven AI systems using frameworks like LangChain Agents, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML or NLP solutions utilizing modern development frameworks and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Apply MLOps practices within containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture.
• 2+ years designing and deploying AI/ML or NLP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or RAG architectures.
• Proficiency with AI development frameworks: LangChain, Transformers, Hugging Face.
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (including Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google Generative AI Studio).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
