Description

You will design and implement secure AI architectures, drive strategy alignment, and establish standards for the department’s AI Center of Excellence.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design secure architectures and develop reusable technical patterns for AI solutions.
• Define success criteria, KPIs, and production monitoring measures for AI use cases.
• Evaluate AI solutions and vendors against established compliance and operational requirements.
• Build dashboards and reporting for AI adoption, performance, cost, risk, and operational outcomes.
• Support the adoption of standardized AI processes and promote responsible implementation.

Required Skills

• 2+ years hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and comparable generative AI platforms.
• 2+ years designing and implementing AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• 1+ year using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• 1+ year defining AI use case success criteria, KPIs, and production monitoring measures.
• 1+ year building dashboards and reporting for AI adoption, performance, cost, risk, and operational outcomes.
• 1+ year integrating AI capabilities with AWS.
• 1+ year establishing proof of concept success criteria and evaluating AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Background in various programming languages and principles.
• Familiarity with artificial neural networks (ANNs), transformers, NLP, image classification, and time-series data.
• Experience with data tools and techniques for storing, retrieving, and cleaning data.
