Description

You will lead the design and development of scalable AI/ML architectures with a focus on Generative AI and NLP/NLU solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures specializing in Generative AI and NLP/NLU.
• Develop and optimize Transformer-based models including BERT, GPT, and T5 using Hugging Face Transformers.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) models and knowledge-based solutions using LangChain, GraphLLM, and Neo4J vector databases.
• Train and deploy models using TensorFlow and PyTorch to ensure performance and efficiency.
• Process healthcare datasets while addressing domain-specific challenges like data privacy and compliance.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams using PySpark, Airflow, and Temporal for workflow automation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and development.
• Expertise in Generative AI and NLP/NLU.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks including PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, RAG, GraphLLM, and Neo4J.
• Experience fine-tuning Transformer models such as BERT, GPT, and T5.
• Practical experience working with healthcare datasets.
• Familiarity with data engineering tools including PySpark, Airflow, and Temporal.
• Ability to design scalable AI solutions for production environments.
• Any Graduate degree.
