Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for federal government clients.

Responsibilities

• Define the program's AI strategy, architectures, and guiding principles.
• Develop program roadmaps aligned with business objectives and identify AI use cases for efficiency and risk reduction.
• Design and implement AI architectures using machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Craft clear AI policies and articulate guidance on ethical and secure AI practices.
• Mentor junior team members and upskill program resources on AI principles and technologies.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or equivalent 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in AI development or architecture.
• Deep understanding of AI principles, architectures, and governing security policies, including government security considerations.
• Experience implementing scalable, performant, and cost-effective architectures.
• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for technical demonstration.
• Experience with self-hosted and cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with AWS (GovCloud preferred) for deploying native services.
• Experience with AI tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, SageMaker, Glue, or Azure AI.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
