You will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for federal government clients.
Responsibilities
Define the program's AI strategy, architectures, and guiding principles.
Develop program roadmaps aligned with business objectives and identify AI use cases for efficiency and risk reduction.
Design and implement AI architectures using machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
Craft clear AI policies and articulate guidance on ethical and secure AI practices.
Mentor junior team members and upskill program resources on AI principles and technologies.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or equivalent 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in AI development or architecture.
Deep understanding of AI principles, architectures, and governing security policies, including government security considerations.
Experience implementing scalable, performant, and cost-effective architectures.
Experience with machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for technical demonstration.
Experience with self-hosted and cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with AWS (GovCloud preferred) for deploying native services.
Experience with AI tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, SageMaker, Glue, or Azure AI.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
