Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for federal government clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy, architectures, and guiding principles for federal programs.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with business objectives and identify AI use cases for efficiency and risk reduction.
• Design and implement architectures using machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Craft AI policies and articulate guidance on ethical and secure AI practices.
• Mentor junior team members and upskill resources on AI principles and technologies.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in AI development or architecture.
• Deep understanding of AI principles, architectures, and government security policies.
• Experience implementing scalable, performant, and cost-effective architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for technical demonstration.
• Experience with self-hosted and cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with AWS (GovCloud preferred) for deploying native services.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, SageMaker, Glue, or Azure AI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with federal government security considerations and compliance.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
