Description

Design and govern enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Agentic AI frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI solution architecture, roadmap, and governance standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and responsible AI-enabled solutions.
• Design conversational AI, multi-agent, and enterprise agent architectures using Copilot Studio.
• Establish Human-in-the-Loop workflows, approval mechanisms, and orchestration patterns.
• Design RAG architectures and define knowledge source strategies for data grounding.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Solution or Enterprise Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in AI or Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
• Proficiency in Power Platform and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise CRM and ERP systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading discovery workshops and AI use case assessments.
