Lead the architecture practice and build a unified community of resources to support strategic change.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve architecture services and engagement models.
• Build a library of reusable assets, including frameworks and reference models.
• Embed IT controls and ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
• Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives and external advisors.
• Implement optimized operating models across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years leading an architecture practice in consulting or financial services.
• Expertise in Business and IT architecture design and transformation.
• Deep knowledge of cloud, integration, data, and innovation architectures.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams via matrix management.
• Experience working with C-suite and board-level executives.
• Strong understanding of IT industry standards and supplier management.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
