Description

You will design and deliver complex systems integration solutions, owning the architecture from requirements analysis through to testing and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design distributed computing architectures handling concurrency, parallelism, and race conditions.
• Lead requirements analysis, estimation, and systems design while managing multiple competing priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and technical leads to refine requirements and deliver solution artifacts.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and partners to build consensus and drive alignment.
• Integrate Gen AI capabilities, including RAG frameworks, vector databases, and embeddings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems integration and complex software design.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Experience with AWS and GCP cloud-native architectures.
• Strong background in messaging queuing infrastructures and distributed caching solutions.
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record delivering software via Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Architectural experience with Gen AI, Conversational AI (WatsonX, Dialog Flow), or ServiceNow/Salesforce case management.
• Experience with SAFe Software Development Principles.
• Designing REST APIs that simplify systems integration and enhance developer experience.
