Description

You will design and build autonomous agents to support various phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build autonomous agents for test planning, case generation, execution, defect triaging, and reporting.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks within software testing.
• Integrate agents with CI/CD pipelines and test management platforms.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, covering bias mitigation, explainability, and data governance.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 2+ years building AI/ML solutions, with 1 year focused on generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Google ADK, and other Google Cloud AI tools.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies (Jira, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
