Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and management of AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft GitHub Copilot and Azure OpenAI into existing workflows.
- Provide technical expertise in developing and maintaining robust service management tools using various programming languages.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery across all platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize AI agent functionalities for improved customer and business outcomes.
- Conduct regular assessments of service processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all technical implementations and processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes workflows and system configurations for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Train and mentor team members on the effective use of AI tools and scripting languages to foster skill development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align service management goals with broader organizational objectives and requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track service performance metrics and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in AI and scripting to continuously enhance service capabilities.
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years to maximum 11 years of relevant experience in service management, AI implementation, and technical solution development with proven track record in managing complex technical projects
