Description

You will design and oversee the implementation of advanced AI and machine learning solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end AI/ML architectures, including data pipelines, model development, and enterprise integration.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Design and implement advanced AI models such as deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or system architecture.
• At least 5 years in an AI architecture or leadership role.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of big data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools: Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Understanding of SQL, NoSQL, and data engineering pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s or Ph.D. in AI, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning or Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer.
• Experience with generative AI, reinforcement learning, or advanced NLP.
