Description

You will lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure chat and voice bot solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define technical roadmaps and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
• Translate business requirements into detailed system architectures and technology solutions.
• Lead coding and development activities to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and platforms for bot development.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations for bot responsiveness.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and architecting chat and voice bot solutions.
• 6+ years of experience with Conversational AI platforms, specifically Google Dialogflow.
• Expertise in Google CCAI.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with model deployment and orchestration in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Python, Data Science, and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of NLP, virtual agents, computer vision, and neural networks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with intelligent automation tools, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code platforms.
