Description

You will define and execute AI platform adoption strategies, driving enterprise usage of LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready AI solutions, prototypes, and PoCs directly with business teams.
• Design RAG systems, vector search, multi-agent workflows, and memory frameworks.
• Develop SDKs, prompt libraries, reusable components, and technical playbooks.
• Present measurable business outcomes and AI concepts to executive stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, regulatory, and Responsible AI governance standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on GenAI and LLM development experience.
• Strong programming background with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in GTM leadership, technical product management, solution engineering, or forward-deployed engineering.
• Azure or GCP cloud platform expertise.
• Container technologies: Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or solution engineering roles.

Preferred Skills

• Generative AI: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases, RAG.
• Agentic AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, ADK, CrewAI.
• LLMOps: evaluation, observability, guardrails, prompt versioning.
