You will design and lead the implementation of scalable AI systems and generative technology solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable AI systems that integrate with existing infrastructure and organizational needs.
• Lead AI model development and implementation while staying current with industry advancements.
• Drive technical sales strategies, RFP/presales activities, estimations, and cloud migration strategies.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and provide thought leadership for the COE Practice.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML Architecture.
• Proven experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning and deployment.
• Advanced knowledge of RAG architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and classic AI methodologies.
• Strong background in MLOps and model monitoring.
• Experience with distributed computing and GPU optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with AI libraries including PyTorch and scikit-learn.
• Working knowledge of graph databases, vector stores, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• B.Tech/B.E (IT) or higher.
